As part of Animal Law Week at HLS,  David Carter, the “300 lb. vegan” and former NFL player, delivered a talk, on March 1, on "Oppression in Food System." His talk focused on his work in food justice and vegan activism.

His talk was sponsored by the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund and the Harvard Animal Law and Policy Program as part of a series of events for Animal Law Week at Harvard Law.
